Candidate should be an Indian National and should have passed the HSSC (Class XII) examination of Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent examination with subjects English, Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics AND Secured minimum 40% marks i.e. not less than 120 marks out of 300 marks. The final merit list will be prepared by providing 40% weightage to JEE (Main)-2018 and 40% weightage to the 12th standard examination. For Diploma Holders in Engineering/Technology awarded by Maharashtra Govt. or its equivalent having First Division and above can be admitted directly to Third Semester B.Tech. However, Diploma Holders in Engineering or Technology with Second Division arks can be admitted directly to B.Tech. 1st year.
